A few weeks ago, the weather was nothing short of amazing! I read a quote somewhere that said something to the extent of, “fall is a southerner’s reward for surviving the hot summer” and nothing could be closer to the truth! Especially this past summer.  Of course being 9 months pregnant never helps in the heat department anyway.  (Maybe I deserve a medal for that. ha) So, we decided to take advantage of the glorious weather and have a picnic at our local park one Friday evening.  We all agreed that it would be a repeat outing!

Emmy and I were hanging out and snuggling while Ansley and Daddy put on a little performance on the stage of the amphitheater.  The performance included some twirling, booty shaking and bowing (all done by the little one…I don’t think Daddy would be caught dead doing those things in public much less on a stage).
